HEYDOC Health and Qualitas Medical Group Form Strategic Collaboration to Expand Vaccination and Healthcare Services in Klang Valley

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — 15 September 2026 — HEYDOC Health Sdn. Bhd. (“HEYDOC Health”) and Qualitas Medical Group Sdn. Bhd. (“Qualitas Medical Group”) have entered into a strategic collaboration to explore and deliver vaccination programmes and other selected medical-related services, with an initial focus on the Klang Valley.

The collaboration brings together Heydoc Health’s digital healthcare, care navigation and healthcare programme capabilities with Qualitas Medical Group’s established clinical infrastructure and healthcare delivery capabilities.

Under the collaboration, both parties will explore opportunities to jointly support vaccination programmes for corporate employees, underserved communities, gig workers and other identified populations. The scope may also extend to health screening, primary care, workplace health programmes, medical examinations, on-site healthcare services and other mutually agreed healthcare initiatives.

The partnership allows both organisations to continue working independently with other healthcare partners while collaborating strategically on programmes where their respective capabilities can create greater value.

Dr Fabian Lim, Chief Operating Officer of Heydoc Health, said: “Healthcare works better when different parts of the ecosystem collaborate. Through this strategic partnership with Qualitas Medical Group, we hope to make vaccination and other essential healthcare services more accessible and convenient, particularly for the corporate and community segments in the Klang Valley.

This collaboration also supports our broader approach of connecting digital healthcare with physical healthcare delivery, so that people can access the right care, at the right setting, at the right time and at the right cost.”

“We are pleased to collaborate with Heydoc Health in expanding access to vaccination and other healthcare programmes. By combining our respective strengths, we see opportunities to develop practical and accessible healthcare solutions for organisations and communities across the Klang Valley.”, said Dr. Ramon Varughese, Chief Executive Officer of Primary Care of Qualitas Medical Group.

The initial collaboration will focus on identifying suitable vaccination and healthcare programmes that can be jointly implemented, with the scope and commercial arrangements for each programme to be agreed separately between the parties.

Both organisations also intend to explore opportunities to progressively expand the collaboration into other healthcare services and geographical areas based on programme requirements and mutual agreement.
