HEYDOC health and OCA Distribution Sign Strategic MoU to Advance Wound Care Through Digital Healthcare

Collaboration aims to integrate innovative wound care solutions with digital healthcare services to improve accessibility, continuity of care and patient outcomes.

SELANGOR, 15 October 2026 – HEYDOC health Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian digital healthcare company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OCA Distribution Sdn. Bhd. (OCA) to explore strategic collaboration in wound care management, healthcare products and digital healthcare services.

The MoU was signed by Dr Raymond Choy, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Heydoc Health, and Mr Edwin Chin, Director of OCA Distribution, marking a step towards integrating innovative wound care solutions with digitally enabled healthcare services.

The collaboration seeks to combine OCA’s expertise in wound care products, including its bian™ wound care portfolio, with HEYDOC health’s hybrid healthcare ecosystem, patient navigation capabilities and healthcare network.

Key areas of potential collaboration include wound care management and education, product distribution, hybrid consultations, patient referral pathways and integrated healthcare programmes.

The initiative aims to explore more accessible and coordinated wound care, particularly for patients requiring postoperative recovery, diabetic wound management, chronic wound care and ongoing healthcare support.

Dr Raymond Choy, CEO of HEYDOC health, said: “Healthcare should not end when a patient leaves the clinic or hospital. Effective wound management requires continuity of care, proper education and timely access to healthcare professionals and solutions. Through this collaboration, we aim to bridge innovative wound care solutions with hybrid healthcare, making quality care more accessible, convenient and affordable. This reflects our commitment to building a connected, patient-centric healthcare ecosystem that goes beyond traditional healthcare boundaries.”

Mr Edwin Chin, Director of OCA Distribution, commented: “We are excited to collaborate with HEYDOC health to explore new opportunities in wound care delivery. We believe effective wound management goes beyond quality products. It requires education, clinical guidance and continuous patient support. By combining our wound care solutions with HEYDOC health’s digital capabilities and healthcare network, we hope to improve accessibility and support better patient recovery experiences.”

The collaboration supports HEYDOC health’s broader vision of creating an integrated healthcare ecosystem connecting patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare solutions through technology.

Both organisations will explore potential pilot programmes combining wound care products, patient education and digital healthcare support, with the goal of improving patient experiences, healthcare accessibility, clinical outcome and continuity of care.

The MoU establishes a non-exclusive framework for exploring these opportunities, with specific initiatives subject to further evaluation and separate agreements.
