1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Heydoc Health” refers to Heydoc Health Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1644450-H), a private company limited by shares registered in Malaysia.
1.2 “FutureK” refers to the outpatient health subscription plan, subscription program, or bundled services provided and managed by Heydoc Health, whether through a partner TPA or insurers arrangement or direct-to-corporate or direct-to-consumer model.
1.3 “You” or “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Services, including registered and unregistered users.
1.4 “Healthcare Provider” refers to any doctor, pharmacist, dietitian, nurse, or healthcare professional (licensed or certified) who interacts with Users through the Heydoc or FutureK platforms.
1.5 “Partner Pharmacy” refers to any third-party pharmacy contracted or integrated into the platform to fulfill prescriptions.

2. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF SERVICES
2.1 Heydoc Health and FutureK act solely as a digital intermediary platform facilitating electronic communications between Users and independent Healthcare Providers.
2.2 Neither Heydoc Health nor FutureK provides medical services, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or healthcare advice.
2.3 All healthcare services are rendered by independent Healthcare Providers, who are not employees or agents of Heydoc Health.
2.4 The Services are not intended to be used during emergencies or for life-threatening medical conditions. In such situations, call 999 or go to the nearest hospital.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to register for a user account.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it updated.
3.3 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to support@heydochealth.com.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
4.1 You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
– Posting or transmitting harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content;
– Violating intellectual property or privacy rights;
– Introducing viruses or malicious code;
– Engaging in data scraping or unauthorized access;
– Misrepresenting your identity or credentials.

4.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these conditions without prior notice.

5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Payment for consultations, prescriptions, or bundled services must be made via approved payment methods.
5.2 By providing payment details, you warrant that you are authorized to use such payment method.
5.3 Prices are subject to change and will be displayed prior to service confirmation.
5.4 Refunds are only available under limited circumstances and are subject to review.

6. PRESCRIPTIONS AND DISPENSATION
6.1 All prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of Healthcare Providers.
6.2 Partner Pharmacies fulfill prescriptions under Malaysian laws and pharmacy guidelines.
6.3 Heydoc Health does not participate in prescription decisions or medication dispensation.
6.4 You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medications, or health conditions to the Healthcare Provider and Partner Pharmacy.

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
7.1 The Services are provided “as-is” without any warranties.
7.2 Heydoc Health disclaims all liability for acts or omissions of Healthcare Providers and third-party pharmacies.
7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heydoc Health shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. INDEMNITY
8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heydoc Health, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

9. TERMINATION
9.1 Heydoc Health may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
9.2 Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall immediately cease and you will lose access to your account.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 All efforts must be made to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before pursuing litigation.

13. MODIFICATION
13.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
